These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BiltyPro ("Service"), operated by ISSHAR BILLAS GROUP. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & No Refund Policy

Paid subscription plans are activated after successful payment according to the plan selected by you. Once a subscription plan is started and payment is completed, the paid amount is non-refundable. Your account will be activated as per your selected subscription plan, and the plan benefits will remain available for the active subscription period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use BiltyPro for any unlawful activity, including the generation of fraudulent transport documents.

4. Data ownership

All consignment, party and invoice data you upload remains yours. You may export it at any time.

5. Liability

BiltyPro is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
